Have you ever come across a space in your home and thought,”Wow, this space is being wasted. What can we do to make this functional?” Well, this is a prime example of just that. For this NJ wine cellar project, we transformed a 7′ wide space that was once nothing more than an awkward segment of a basement into a beautiful main focal point of the home.
This wine cellar features complete climate control, a must when dealing with fine wines. In addition to the entire room being climate controlled, a sub zero wine fridge can be found in the center of the back of the space. Custom vintage view bottle racks paired with gorgeous custom lyptus cabinetry make for easy and accessible storage. From the top to bottom– a unique barrel ceiling with LED-up lighting blends into cultured stone walls and leads to natural marble flooring. To top it off, we included a tasting area for 4.
